1. Who We Are

Resolve ("we", "our", or "us") is an AI-powered decision coaching service operated at resolvewith.me. We help individuals think through important decisions with greater clarity.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide our service:

• Account information: your email address and optional full name when you create an account.
• Decision content: the text you enter when describing decisions, choices, and context. This is used solely to generate coaching responses.
• Usage data: how many decisions you have started, your subscription tier, and timestamps of activity — used to manage your account and enforce plan limits.
• Payment information: billing is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your card details.
• Analytics: we may collect anonymised usage data (page views, feature usage) via PostHog to improve the product.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and personalise the decision coaching service.
• To manage your account, authentication, and subscription.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset).
• To improve the product using aggregated, anonymised analytics.

We do not use your decision content to train AI models. We do not sell your data.

4. Third-Party Processors

We use the following services to operate Resolve. Each is bound by its own privacy policy:

• Supabase — database and authentication (data stored in EU/US regions).
• Vercel — hosting and deployment.
• Groq / AI providers — AI inference for coaching responses. Your decision text is sent to these providers to generate responses and is not retained for training.
• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and subscription management.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• PostHog — anonymised product analytics.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data and decision history within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Cookies

We use cookies solely for authentication (to keep you signed in). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics data from PostHog may use first-party cookies in a privacy-preserving manner.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and data.
• Export your decision history (available via account settings).

8. Security

We use industry-standard security practices: encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and secure authentication tokens. No system is perfectly secure; we recommend using a strong, unique password for your Resolve account.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice on the site. Continued use of Resolve after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
