Terms of Use — Resolve

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Resolve ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

2. Important: Not a Professional Service

Resolve is an AI-powered decision coaching tool for informational and reflective purposes only. It is not a licensed medical, psychological, legal, or financial service.

The AI coaching responses generated by Resolve are intended to help you think more clearly — they are not professional advice. You should always consult a qualified professional (doctor, therapist, lawyer, financial adviser, etc.) before making important decisions that could affect your health, safety, finances, or legal standing.

Resolve and its owner accept no responsibility or liability for any decisions you make based on the Service's output, whether or not such output is accurate, complete, or appropriate for your situation.

3. Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Resolve.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must not share your account or allow others to access it on your behalf.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use Resolve for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract proprietary content or data from the Service.
Use the Service to generate content that is harmful, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory.
Interfere with the Service's operation or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Your Content

You own the content you submit to Resolve (your decision descriptions, notes, and responses). By using the Service, you grant Resolve a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store your content solely to provide the coaching service to you.

We do not use your decision content to train AI models or share it with third parties for any purpose other than operating the Service.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Resolve offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Billing is processed by Lemon Squeezy and governed by their terms of service.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase by contacting support@resolvewith.me. Refunds are granted at our discretion.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 14 days' notice to existing subscribers.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated coaching will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Resolve and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including any decisions made in reliance on AI coaching output.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that affect paid subscribers.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
